General terms and conditions

The Gift Card is a bearer certificate. The holder of the Gift Card has sole responsibility for its use and safekeeping. In the event of loss or theft, the Gift Card cannot be reimbursed or exchanged under any circumstances. In such cases, the presentation of a purchase receipt and/or proof of payment for the Gift Card shall not give entitlement to exchange or reimbursement of the Gift Card. In cases where the Gift Card is in poor condition or has been tampered with, MANGO/MNG store personnel expressly reserve the right to accept it.
The Gift Card confers upon the holder the right to purchase, in accordance with its remaining balance, any garment and/or accessory currently on sale in the MANGO/MNG stores located in the country in which the Gift Card was purchased. However, it cannot be used at MANGO OUTLETS, or at MANGO/MNG stores located in department stores, or at our online store www.mangoshop.com. The Gift Card may be used solely and exclusively in the country in which it was purchased. Under no circumstances may it be used in a country other than the one in which it was purchased.

The value of the Gift Card shall be its value at the time of activation. The Gift Card may be used to purchase any items of the holder's choice until its balance has been used up. The balance of the Gift Card will diminish as it is used to purchase garments and/or accessories at the aforementioned MANGO/MNG stores. In all cases, the remaining balance of the Gift Card will appear on the purchase receipt and may be consulted in any of the aforementioned stores.
The period of validity of the Gift Card is printed on it. Once said period has elapsed, the Gift Card shall have no value whatsoever and therefore may not be used at any MANGO/MNG store. Consequently, once this period has elapsed, the remaining balance on the Gift Card shall not be refundable and cannot be demanded by the holder of the Gift Card under any circumstances. The Gift Card cannot be recharged. Under no circumstances can the holder of the Gift Card be refunded the remaining balance, either in cash or by any other payment method. Once the balance of the Gift Card has been used up, the Gift Card must be handed over to the MANGO/MNG store.
In the event of a garment and/or accessory purchased using the Gift Card being returned, the customer will be given a cash refund. The resolution of any conflict, dispute or discrepancy that may arise in relation to the Gift Card shall be made in accordance with Spanish law and put before the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
