1. On receipt of the card the member must sign on the reverse of the card.

2. The participating establishment reserves the right to disallow the discount if the card is not presented before asking for the bill / check-in / booking and with other conditions adhered to.

3. The membership is non-transferable with no proxies allowed at any time.

4. Dining Plus reserves the right to terminate the membership at its own discretion, if deemed necessary.

5. In case of loss of card the member has to pay duplication fees of Rs. 250/- (documentary evidence also required).

6. Any additional directory would be charged at Rs. 50/- each.

7. All the discounts are valid on Lunch & Dinner unless specified.

8. Prior reservation is required and reservations are subject to availability. Please check individual participating outlets for details.

9. Discounts are only for max 8 people or unless specified.

10. Discounts on buffets are at discretion of restaurants.

11. Discounts / offers cannot be availed in conjunction with any other offer or during any special festival days, promotions, themes, public holidays as well as eve of any other special occasions including Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Valentine Day or as specified by the participating merchant establishment.

12. Any taxes / charges / levies if applicable shall be to the Customer’s Account.

13. Dining Plus is not responsible for discount related refunds after closure / deletions of participating establishments are announced on the website.

14. All suggestions, complaints (with bill copy) etc. should be faxed or mailed to Dining Plus.

15. Dining Plus shall neither be responsible nor guarantee the quality of goods / services availed by the customers from the merchant establishment and shall not be liable for any loss / damage / claim arising thereof.

16. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the offer herein, the decision of Dining Plus shall be final and binding on all concerned.
