1. Lakme salon Gift vouhers is issued by Lakme Lever Private Limited (the Company).
2. The Gift voucher is valid exclusively at all Lakme Salone & Studios.
3. The Gift voucher can be redeemed by the Company at Lakme Salons & Studios only.
4. The Gift voucher can be redeemed against Lakme Services only.
5. The voucher holder(s), under no circumstances, will be paid cash or chaque in exchange for whole or part of the gift voucher.
6. The Gift voucher has to be redeemed in full and no partial redemption is allowed.
7. If the purchase amount is more then the value(s) of your gift voucher(s), you may complient that purchase in any form of payment accepted by the lakme Salons ans studios.
8. Vouchers will not be accepted or redeemed after expiry date mentioned on the face of voucher.
9. If Lakme Gift vouchers is lost/Stolen, the Company and EIPL will not be liable for replacement or Compensation.
10. Any dispute shall be referred to the Company and the decision of the Company shall be final.
11. Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
